With 80W of power, carefully removing slices of meat from your cut of lamb or beef in a vertical broiler has never been easier, or more efficient. For added safety, the slicer is equipped with a blade protector.
Designed with ergonomic use in mind, this slicer/cutter boasts a lightweight plastic body with an on/off switch in the trigger position and an abrasion-resistant surface. A 304 stainless steel blade holder and orifice plate adorns the item's front, as well as integrated locking adjustment screws and ring. Those two components allow you to customize the cutting experience for any desired thickness. This slicer/cutter is easy to clean and maintain, and includes an extra round blade, whetstone for sharpening, and hex spanner for adjusting removable blade.
