This little beauty is a great addition to the kitchen knives, it's slender and sharp and great for deboning pork shoulders or other meats. I've used it fairly often to make sausage, also taking skin off pork belly. I like the sharpness and it holds an edge.

I am more than satisfied with this boning knife! It is beautifully made and it cuts easily. It comes sharp and it doesn't need to be sharpened often. This is not dishwasher safe. It would ruin the quality of the handle.
