    Amazing knife. I use it to cut whole ribeyes abs it’s very sharp and durable. I’ve never had an issue. Sharpens very well too. Great buy.
    This is a very large but sturdy knife. The blade is very firm and sturdy considering the handle length. It is very sharp and it cuts easily without shredding.
    Nice and big for breaking animals and making easy work out of steak cuts etc but I needed more brute force and ended up with Dexter green river carbon steel. Just saying. I run through pigs and lamb with that .
    I purchased Victorinox 12" Butcher Knife with Granton Edge and am not disappointed to say the least. I used this knife over the weekend to cut hundreds of lbs. of ribeye and after I can say I am truly impressed. I prefer the firm blade when cutting ribeye muscle and this knife cuts through ribeye like it was butter, Victorinox is a bit more costly than other brands but the quality is worth paying a little extra. Blade sharp right from factory, blade has enough length to cut larger muscles and is surprisingly light weight for it's size.
