We love Victorinox knifes. This one was a little longer than we are used to so we are still getting use to it. We also ordered the 8" and like it better.
I can honestly say I don't use any knife more than this knife. I cut meat for a living. This knife is great for everything and just might be the only knife you need.
This is a rather large but sturdy knife. The blade is very firm and sharp and it cuts nicely without shredding. The blade is very comfortable to hold and it will not slip from your hands.
