Fits a 20" Chamber
This wok is sized to fit a wok range with a 20" chamber, or it can be used with a wok ring (sold separately) on a conventional burner.
The handles are welded to the wok to provide excellent reinforcement and ensure that it will stand up to even heavy portions with ease.

The Town 24” Hand Hammered Cantonese Wok is large and heavy weight. The handles are easy to grip and don’t get too hot. It heats evenly and it is easy to clean. The price is more than reasonable. I would recommend.

Cantonese woks are great for industrial wok ranges where the heat is comparable to a mini jet engine! This wok fits nicely on commercial wok ranges!!!
