This material also provides, fast, even heating so that you can achieve predictable and consistent results. In order to prevent rust, you must season this pan. To season your pan, start by washing, rinsing, and drying the pan. Heat it on a range on medium-high heat, then add shortening. Use a clean, dry towel to spread the shortening and coat the pan evenly. Wipe the excess oil and allow the pan to cool. You can repeat this oil process up to 3 more times.
Fits a 13" Chamber

Bought this wok for cooking over a campfire or Turkey fryer burner. I added a long handle after i seasoned it. I have to tell you, this wok is perfect! It is my go to cookware for over a hot bed of coals. Cooks stir fry quickly and when seasoned correctly, nothing sticks. When done i just wipe out and apply thin coat of oil.
