The pump mechanism and lid are made from stainless steel to give it durability in high-traffic locations, and also to make them easy to clean in the dishwasher. The pump dispenses up to 0.25 oz. for greater portion control. It's designed to fit into a 1/9 size, 6" deep jar (sold separately), giving customers easy access to the condiments they crave. The black pump knob is even color customizable for quick condiment identification.
