This stainless steel condiment dispenser is for thicker condiments at ambient temperatures. It is perfect for dispensing condiments such as ketchup, mustard, or barbecue sauce. This dispenser is also great for syrups with high viscosity such as chocolate sauce or maple syrup and is not recommended for thin syrups. This unit, a professional solution for your establishment, is designed for high volume use.
Efficient Dispensing Pumps
It includes three plastic pumps with lockable heads. The plastic pumps consistently dispense 1 oz. of product at a time, heavily reducing waste by controlling portions. When in use, the entire pump is pushed to dispense product. This reduces the space between the pump and the counter creating less chance for splash or mess. The pumps can be removed for cleaning purposes and they include a 2" plastic tube that extends to the base of their respective plastic fountain jar for maximum utility.
Non-Skid Feet
The unit has non-skid feet that prevent unwanted movement or sliding and prevent the unit from scratching your countertop. This condiment dispenser is ideal for front-of-house self-serve stations and condiment counters, or back-of-house consistency and portion control!
Durable Construction
This heavy-duty product includes three plastic fountain jar inserts that can be filled with up to 2 qt. of product, 6 qt. of total capacity. Its body is made of 304 stainless steel with a brushed finish that hides wear and fingerprints.
For Thicker Condiments
This pump is not recommended for thinner condiments/syrups that contain a low viscosity such as soy sauce. We recommend these pumps for thicker condiments with high viscosity such as ketchup and barbeque sauce. These pumps are not meant for condiments with particles (such as relish).

No, unlike stainless pumps, this pump only partially disassembles. See cleaning instructions for proper care. This pump is not recommended for condiments that could perish quickly or harbor bacteria (such as mayo, aioli, etc.).
How do I prevent the pump from sputtering?
The speed of pumping can cause some sputtering so we recommend pumping slowly if you experience any sputtering. We recommend refilling the dispenser when it’s about 1/4 full. Because pumps don’t touch the very bottom of the container, it’s normal to experience some sputtering when the condiment level is low. Refilling the container before it goes below 1/4 full should help prevent sputtering.
How often do you recommend I clean my pump?
We recommend cleaning, rinsing, sanitizing, and drying parts at a minimum of every 24 hours. If using condiments that are prone to drying up or are thick, it’s especially important to clean the pump regularly to prevent clogging.
