Use this ServSense stainless steel condiment dispenser pump and lid to replace a lost or damaged pump. This replacement part is compatible with select ServSense condiment dispensers, and it can be combined with the ServSense 2 qt. plastic fountain jar (sold separately) to create a standalone dispenser. Use it to dispense thin or thick condiments of ambient temperatures, such as ketchup, mustard, or barbecue sauce. Made of durable stainless steel, it can be customized to dispense 1 fl. oz., 0.75 fl. oz., 0.66 fl. oz., 0.5 fl. oz., or 0.33 fl. oz. of product at a time, heavily reducing waste by controlling portions. Customer questions about this product

Can I use this condiment dispenser for condiments with particles?

Food product with particles (such as relish, tartar sauce, etc.) is not recommended for use in this pump.

Can I use this condiment dispenser to keep condiments temperature regulated?

This pump is not insulated and is not intended to maintain cold temperatures.

How do I prevent the pump from sputtering?

The speed of pumping can cause some sputtering so we recommend pumping slowly if you experience any sputtering. We recommend refilling the dispenser when it’s about 1/4 full. Because pumps don’t touch the very bottom of the container, it’s normal to experience some sputtering when the condiment level is low. Refilling the container before it goes below 1/4 full should help prevent sputtering.

How often do you recommend I clean my pump?

We recommend cleaning, rinsing, sanitizing, and drying parts at a minimum of every 24 hours. If using condiments that are prone to drying up or are thick, it’s especially important to clean the pump regularly to prevent clogging.

Which portion collars do I use to get my desired portion amount?

To adjust the portions dispensed, use the correlating portion collars. 1 fl. oz. (1 big collar), .75 fl. oz. (1 big collar + 1 small collar), .66 fl. oz. (2 big collars), .5 fl oz. (2 big collars, 1 small), .33 fl oz. (3 big collars).

Why does this pump's locking collar become loose?

Due to the nature of condiment dispensers experiencing force on the components, the locking collar requires regular retightening. We recommend checking the locking collar daily and tightening it as needed.
