Enhance the air quality in your warehouse, kitchen, or commercial facility with this Canarm 10 1/2" variable speed capable upblast direct drive aluminum exhaust fan! This versatile unit works to exhaust air and provide ventilation in your establishment. The variable speed motor can easily be adjusted by using select remote 0-10V potentiometers (sold separately). The exhaust fan can be controlled up to 50' away when used with a remote potentiometer, providing you with convenient access even when you are not near the unit.
This rugged unit mounts directly to the wall, or it can be installed on your rooftop. For rooftop applications, a 15" opening is required. This exhaust fan features a durable spun aluminum construction that does not chip, rust, or peel to provide long-lasting use in industrial settings, commercial kitchen ventilation, or other foodservice environments. This unit boasts a 1/8 hp motor that delivers 300 CFM to 950 CFM. Great for use in establishments producing grease-laden vapors or any application that requires reliable and efficient airflow, the 10 1/2" aluminum wheel is inclined backward to efficiently exhaust air and is non-overloading to provide consistent, safe use. For fast, tool-free access to the motor and other internal components, quick-release latches are included on the hinged lid, allowing for fast inspection and maintenance. Plus, it comes with an integrated grease drain that works to direct grease away from the fan base.
This unit requires a 120/240V, 1 phase electrical connection for operation. It must be hardwired since a cord and plug are not included. To ensure electrical components remain outside of the airstream, it has a built-in ventilation tube that helps cool the motor using outside air while also offering a sealed path for running wire. This unit is intended for use in accordance with NFPA 96 guidelines. Please be sure to review any relevant fire codes for your area before ordering a ventilation system and understand the requirements for any equipment going under your hood, as this may change from area to area.
