This slicer features 1/4" stainless steel blades and a two-handed, ergonomic design for easier slicing so you can make quick work of your most popular ingredients in no time. Onions and tomatoes up to 4 1/2" can easily be handled by this slicer, as well as heads of lettuce.
Its all stainless steel construction ensures long-lasting durability and use, while the unique pusher and hopper system keeps operators' fingers away from the blades. The blade cartridge is removable without tools for quick cleaning and maintenance, and the front load design accepts half and full size pans up to 6" tall.
