We purchased an earlier version of this unit and within a year, it had a problem with the temperature that was above 55 degrees. We called tech support and they came to fix it then later they decided to replace that not fixable unit with this newer model 178SSPT27HC. A year and 4 months later this unit had the same temperature problem, the bottom compartment ran 55 degrees. We contacted WebRestaurant for tech support but they said we only have a 5-year compressor warranty. To replace the compressor, we need to hire a technician at our own cost to inspect the unit and send WebRestaurant the report so that they will look into the compressor problem. We bought this refrigerated prep top for our food truck and it has worked very well. We now moved it to our commercial kitchen and will be looking for another.

Excellent price and free shipping. Use it for smoothies and ice cream mixtures. Fits perfectly in my front counter next to ice cream mixer. Going to buy another one for the back kitchen a good refigerator that takes up little space.

So far no issues, keeps the products nice an cool, easy to use and clean, the trays that came with are pretty good and easy to wash

It's been good to me so far! Durable, easy to clean, keeps temp. It was a little bit hard to get it disassembled out of the box when it arrived, but just takes two people. It's been a great purchase - very quiet, I can't even hear it running at all.

We really were looking forward to this table. It is an exceptional value, I have been checking around. It fits perfect in my small kitchen, and hold so much more than I expected.

A year lady and compressor is fried and new one cost like 700

Overall it has been great. Now 1.5yrs in we are having issues. We have major water build up at the bottom of the refrigerator area and it overflows onto the ground. It's turned into not only a safety hazard but a headache now. I would recommend spending the extra money to get a higher quality one if you plan on keeping it for a long time.

before buy anything from webrestaurants make sure they are going to deliver the product on time.When I hit the button purchase the delivery date was set up for 2 days after purchase.In my case is taking more than 10m days since I purchased the refrigerator .So my review is for the professionalism of webrestaurant stores today 7 days after I paid for my refrigerator I didn't receive it at my store and the eta is now 4 more days from today if I'm lucky. buy from your local commercial refrigerator store.

Solid unit. It does tened to condensate a lot and needed to be cleaned more than once a day.

A good looking and sturdy machine. Set up was very easy it is performing exactly as designed. We will likely choose the same machine in a larger size when we need the extra size.

Not only does it keep food fresh and cold, You can also stock at the bottom for convenient restock.

This week had my second coil leak on a unit that was purchased in aug 2018. We fixed the first leak probably 3 months ago. This is the second on a unit less than 13 months old. I WOULD NOT recommend this unit.

Fantastic Prep Table! I have had it in my food truck for 2 years now and it has been a life saver. I highly recommend this product. As always, Avantco continues to impress me with their quality.

First I've got the refrigerator & it was water leaking, i called them and they came directly, the leak was because i opened the door of refrigerator the whole day, the replace for me the tray, and now it's so good and practical, i highly recommended this item.
