It includes a 1.5 gallon container for maximum capacity and a 4.2 hp motor for incredible power. Because of its large and robust design, it can blend up to (24) 8 oz. servings in just one batch. This makes it ideal for producing high-volume output and for reducing overall blend time for sauce, soup, nut butter, and other recipes.
This blender is both heavy-duty enough to handle tough product and gentle enough to handle delicate tomatoes and other fresh ingredients. Plus, product can be either hot or cold, so you don't have to worry about getting it to the right temperature prior to blending. With ten variable speed control options, this particular blender is fast and easy to use, enabling you to get the best blend for your dish. It also promotes product consistency between batches, so you get that perfect blend every time.
For accommodating the kitchen workflow, the container lid includes a removable top plug. During operation, simply unplug the stopper and add in fruit, extra ice, or other ingredients while the rest is blending. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
