Craft your signature sandwiches with vegetables, cold cuts, and cheeses at an arm's length away with the Continental Refrigerator SW48-N-12 48" sandwich prep refrigerator! This sandwich prep refrigerator has enough space on its top rail to hold up to (12) 1/6 size food pans (included) at a time. It also features a bottom storage section with two heavy-duty, epoxy-coated steel shelves so you can keep extra ingredients nearby for refills at a moment's notice.
The 12" deep cutting board makes it easy to assemble sandwiches quickly, and thanks to the insulated lid, you can be sure your ingredients will stay fresh throughout the day. An interior hanging thermometer is also included to help you keep an eye on the cabinet temperature.
The top and front of this unit are made of stainless steel for long-lasting durability, and for excellent temperature retention, the whole unit is insulated with 2" of polyurethane foam. The back is completely enclosed and vented, and it is easily removed for maintenance and modification.
This prep table comes with a 1/5 hp compressor that circulates eco-friendly R290 refrigerant while blowing forced air over the top of your ingredient pans for even chilling. This specialized refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3, making it an environmentally-responsible choice for your business. Plus, thanks to its 5" casters, this prep table moves easily when you need to clean your kitchen. A 115V electrical connection is required for operation. This unit includes an electronic controller with digital display and hi-low alarm.
