Never worry about losing your knives again with the Edlund KLC-994 locking knife cabinet! This cabinet comes complete with a removable, dishwasher safe KR-699 10-slot knife rack insert to hold all of your knives and steels. Its patented V-slot design ensures knives are stored securely and upright. This knife cabinet is ideal for prison kitchens, schools, hospitals, or any operation where access to knives must be limited.
It's constructed from heavy-duty, 14-gauge stainless steel with welded seams, and features a stainless steel piano hinge with tamper-proof screws. This hinge design eliminates any chance of access when closed, and a front view window permits immediate knife inspection to ensure that the whole set is accounted for. Three padlock holes and a keyed locking handle with interior latch provide maximum security.
Large wall mount screw holes allow for easy installation. Screws sold separately. The KR699 knife rack will hold 8 chef's knives, two smaller knives, one sharpening steel, and a pair of scissors.
