We cut fries for our restaurant six days a week so in the two years since we've bought it, this product has seen a lot of use. So far, the only thing we've needed to change was the blade recently and even that was quick and easy! Would definitely recommend for any small to medium restaurant looking to cut their own fries!

We love this cutter...beats doing it by hand..comes out great every time...so fast and we put ours on the wall...very sturdy !!! Def not for sweet potatoes !!
what can i say. i don't have any experience with any other fry cutters so i cant compare this to others. but i can tell you this product is great. i'm not even going to say great for the price. just great all together. i got it with the optional hanging bracket that makes cleaning a breeze not to mention that i can take to other parts of the kitchen when i want to chop veggies instead of just fries. makes prep work a breeze.
This fry cutter gets the job done. As hard as potatoes are, it cuts them with minimum force from me. Makes really nice looking fries too.
The NEMCO Fry Cutter is an excellent tool in our kitchen. We use it to cut 1/2" and 1/4" square fries and wedge potatos. It is so fast and sharp. We mounted it on the wall and all our cooks can easily use it. It is also easy to clean up. My guess is that it will never break.
Well let me tell you that i tried the choice fry cutter .and was disappointed . the cheaper one was just that cheaper made and cheaper performance. I then got the nemco fry cutter and from the time I pulled it from the box it was totally ready to go. Its worth the extra cost in that you do not ever have to buy another the rest of your life. It cut so smooth and fast that it was fun to slice fries. I cut way more than I needed the first time. The stroke of the cutter was short and direct, it cut quick with very little effort, even if you have problems with arthritus. As you have guessed i love it and its worth the money, go ahead and get it the first time and save having to send the other back for poor performance. Steve W. Dothan Ala
