The time has finally come for us to replace the blades on our Nemco 55500-2 3/8" Easy Chopper Vegetable Dicer. The original blades served us faithfully for 4 years and we choose to replace them with oem blades. This seems to have been a great decision as the new blades are serving us just as well. Our chopper is as good as brand new now that we've added new blades, New bumpers, and a new push block.

we ordered this size fry cutter by mistake, when we received it it was smaller than what we were using, decided to try it and the smaller fries cook faster and are much better than before, great cutter.
Nemco blades are the best. Sharp as razors, stainless and tough. This blade handles sweet patatoes without buckling. I highly recommend cutting the potato in half because it requires less strength.
