Lodge is truly the best on the market there are others out there but this seems to be the highest quality. These cast iron skillets are great for skillet mac & cheese, skillet and baked ziti and they are the perfect size for two skillet empanadas. As for desserts these are great for a warm cookie dessert and just pop some ice cream on the warm cookie. Your customers will enjoy this in your small café or restaurant. Happy cooking!
Cute Skillet. We use for dips and fries. Holds up well, holds in the heat. Easy to clean. Make sure to oil and season correctly or they will rust fast.
The Lodge 6 1/2” Pre-Seasoned Cast Iron Skillet with Walnut Wood Underliner and Black Silicone Handle Holder is well made and sturdy. The handle doesn’t get too hot and it comes pre-seasoned. It is great for residential use and for camping.
