Quickly cook with precision with the Lincoln 2500-1 50" digital single belt electric conveyor oven! Designed for countertop use, this unit is perfect for busy operations that are tight on space. Between 30 seconds and 15 minutes, the oven cooks food by passing it along a 50" long, flexible stainless steel conveyor belt. As it moves, the conveyor passes by 4 separate fingers that distribute jets of hot air towards the food for quick and precise cooking. The temperature can be adjusted between 200 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit to suit your array of menu options. A 3" opening size accommodates a variety of products. Regardless of what it cooks, the oven features a sleek stainless steel exterior, which is sure to withstand regular, everyday use, even in the busiest of kitchens.

Operating the oven is made simple with its push-button controls. Not only do they provide you with impressive precision, but they are mounted to the lower front of the unit where they're always easy to access and adjust. Controls regulate the temperature and conveyor speed, and four preset menu buttons help bring convenience and efficiency to your cooking. An easy-to-read display shows the time and temperature, so monitoring the progress of your food is a breeze. This particular model also includes a 4" exit shelf for your convenience. A 240V electrical connection is required for operation.
