This is definitely not sharp cheddar by any means. It's definitely a mild cheddar. I gave it 5 stars regardless because it is still a fantastic quality cheese and easy to work with. I will definitely be ordering more. I just wish it was a true sharp cheddar cheese.

This is on the milder end of sharp cheddar. Has a wonderful melt. Does not have any nasty yellow dye in it. A good stir in and topping cheese for a nice potato soup or a plate of authentic Nachos. Great for cheese biscuits or simple cheese toast. This is the perfect cheddar for multi use. It is made in The United States by dairymen. It is proper cheese and nothing extra. That is all you need for a consistent product. All orange cheese is dyed. Buy the real deal! That is AMPI.
