I had this cheese as suggested by a waitress on my tuna melt at a local restaurant and have to say it is super creamy and smooth and just melds right into the tuna and other ingredients of the sandwich.....so much better than Swiss cheese which does not melt and meld together with the other tuna melt ingredients. I am truly impressed and intend to have it again. It is just a totally superior cheese in the way of its melting consistency. I can see where this would be a superior choice for mac and cheese dishes.
