Dexter-Russell 29483 V-Lo 3 1/2" Scalloped Paring Knife

I loved this little knife until my sister stole it from me. This was my favorite little pairing knife. The cutting edge was sharp right up to the handle. The handle was very comfortable and fit perfectly in my hand. If you buy one of these never let anyone borrow it. You will never get it back.

It’s definitely not the sharpest knife in my kitchen but it’s still a nice knife. I like that the handle is so lightweight. It’s also very easy to grip. I also appreciate that it’s an American made product.

This is the BEST paring knife I have ever had or used. This paring knife is a perfect size to fit your hand. Would Highly Recommend.

Not the best knife I own, but a solid little paring knife The grip is nice in the hand and the edge is very sharp. My only complaint is when the etching fades, it can be hard to index the knife edge.

I love these little paring knives, they feel good in your hand, they have a nice thin blade and they stay sharp for a long time.

This is a really nice scalloped perry knife the handle is really comfortable to use I really like the 3 1/2 inch size blade it’s nice small great for those small jobs

Our go to kitchen knife. We buy these all the time. They're aren't high end japanese steel, but they still work great. I don't buy expensive knives anymore after these.

High quality knife. Very glad to use an American product. My only improvement would be a more weighty handle. Other than that I am very pleased with this product and would recommend it.

The grip on the handle is amazing! It is utterly impossible for your wet hand to slip off this knife. I know from experience. This is a high quality knife!

This is an excellent knife, perfect for small paring uses. It's very sharp on arrival so be careful. It's easy to maintain as well, and cheap!

All I can say is these are awesome. This knife is serrated or scalloped. Great for meat. I will eventually get some more for the times we have meat and everybody at the table needs a knife.

Used the Dexter-Russell 29483 V-Lo 3 1/2" Scalloped Paring Knife to cut celery to see it's sharpness. Very impressed how easy it was to cut the celery. Very Sharp. Fast delivery.

These are good knives, but the scalloping means you won't really be able to sharpen it much, and it's too cheap to have it professionaly sharpened.

Dexter knifes are just the best, they have a great trip. They cut and sharpen well and they are priced affordably. The de facto choice for our kitchen

Love this knife for tomatoes, makes paper-thin slices with no mess or waste. Super-sharp, and almost weightless, very comfortable for all-day use. Excellent value for such a low price.

Great paring knife! Use for bar fruit mostly and bartenders then don't have to keep coming back into kitchen complaining about dull knife. Keeps them happy longer.

Extremely sharp and light. I like the nimbleness for cutting garlic, strawberries, and small fruits. The soft grips make these knives extremely stable and safe feeling in the hand. Great knife.

This is a nice little knife. It's very sharp and the handle is very nice to hold, it has a great texture that gives it a good grip. If you're going to do a task that requires using a paring knife for a while, this is a great tool. Personally, I tend to use paring knives more for little things - cut a few slices of cheese, open some packaging, etc. - so it's beneficial to have only one nice paring knife, and then four or five cheaper paring knives for one-use applications. This is the one nice knife for my set.
