I would not recommend getting this stove. We received this stove for our commercial kitchen at our child care center and the left oven pilot would not stay lit. Since it is warranty work on this brand new oven they sent a company out that took over 1 week to get to us. The oven's bottom plate was completely bent so once that side of the oven would heat up the whole plate would fall on the flame causing it to go out. Now we are waiting for new parts and for the company to install it. The company that is doing the warranty work is from a city 2 hours away and is not considering us top priority... so we have a new oven that we cannot fully use. Very frustrating!!

Extremely disappointed!!!! We purchased this product a little over a year ago and within a couple of months of getting it we started having issues with ovens. They would turn off after a few minutes of turning it on. We would continue to turn it on and then it would go off, sometimes one side other times both ovens. We contacted Webstaurantstore.com for service or troubleshooting, but never got a response. I finally got the information of the manufacture. I sent out a service request and got an answer after my 2nd time inquiry. We went through some questions and answers and after all that they advised me that my product warranty is voided because it was not installed by a licensed professional. Having the same problem with this stove as some other on here the ovens don’t work went out one month after we got it called Websturant 3 times so far can’t get nobody to come and fix it. so now we have a commercial stove with two broken ovens would not recommend this product.

What a piece of junk! Do Not waste your money on this. Top burners work fine and that is where it ends. Griddle has very little temp control, so you have a luke warm griddle or a black griddle. Broiler feature only works when all three griddle burners are going resulting in a very black cooktop! Ovens have not worked correctly since the start. Major safety issues with the thermocouple and oven knob. Oven knob would not pop back out after lighting oven pilot resulting in gas flowing to pilot even if pilot went out. Having parts replaced already and has only been in service less than 3 weeks. Both oven have experienced major flare ups resulting in everything in oven blackened. This unit may look cool but stay away, invest in a brand that has been around and proven. Complete and total buyers regret here!

Love this stove. I am giving this a four star because I was disappointed to see that I can't use the broiler without using the grill top. Also produces a great deal of heat so you have to make sure their are exhaust fans going at all times as smoke alarms go off, especially if a pot has spillage onto the stove top. The oven baking time is so much quicker than a regular oven and much deeper. Example: Four round cake pans can fit on one shelf. I am able to get baking done in half the time based on the size and rapid baking. Same with the stove top burners, if you want something to cook slower make sure you turn it down a notch or you'll burn it. All in all great price for a great product. Just wish I could operate the broiler without the grill having to be lit.

We purchased this from the scratch and dent warehouse and are extremely happy with it, there was slight extra damage in transport but Websteraunt store quickly remedied the issue. So far this range has performed flawlessly and the ovens work as expected with a range

What a piece of junk! Don't waste your money, go for a Vulcan instead. All of the knobs are off because the plastic sleeve melts. Can't use the oven under the griddle because it makes the griddle too hot. Can't control the temp on the griddle either. Ours is a little more than a year old, we started having problems right after installation.

1 star. The six burners work great. Broiler & griddle are sufficient. The ovens are junk. it has never worked properly. Left oven pilot goes out randomly. right oven temperature fluctuates wildly. Set at 350 degrees it will rise above 375 and drop below 325 degrees. Do not spend your money on this item. The price is good but the product is not.

This stove is an absolute safety hazard. The burners don't all stay lit, causing propane build up. We have been using ours for less than a month and it has so much soot and build up that you would think we had been using it for years. We tried to get a tech out after three uses and NO ONE WILL HELP US. Do yourself a favor and buy any other oven!!!!

We replaced an old Wolf with this unit, only had to adjust 1 pilot and we are at 8,000 ft elevation. This unit heats fast, it works so well that our chef is even amazed. What a terrific value for the money I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone.

Love the stove works , only thing not noted in the description is that the pilots are not electric.. so they stay on all the time, for a kitchen that is not used often we need to close the main gas line every time. and we have to be very carfull to turn all the pilots on even though not all stove is in use.. for gas leak prevention

What a piece of junk ! We have had it not quite 5 years and it has NEVER worked. Warranty not worth the paper it is written on. Have now officially spent more on repairs than stove cost. Getting ready to buy a Vulcan

This thing is awesome. Looks great and works great. Only thing is it is hard to adjust the temperature on the burners. It either high or low

I purchased this oven just over a year ago and this has been a great investment. This oven has the capacity to cook a lot of food with 6 burners, double oven, and the griddle. I've use it multiple occasions and it's never let me down. The ovens cook very evenly, heat up quickly, and are very efficient. The griddle cooks evenly with very few hot spots and does great with everything from burgers to pancakes. The six burners give you the room to cook multiple things for large jobs and have very sturdy easy to use knobs. I would highly recommend this to anyone needing a commercial gas stove.

So far this has been amazing. I love the depth of the ovens and the size of the griddle. The only thing to warn is that the pilot lights keep the oven and griddle hot to the touch. Installer assured me there is no way to turn the pilots down though so we are just keeping everything away from sides when not in use. Other than that we love it.

This is awesome. We purchased this unit for our bakery and once we got it hooked up, it cooked beautifully. We had it professionally installed and it cooks so much faster than our previous range. A few words of warning: 1. the pilot lights on the griddle and oven are hard to get to so make sure you have a long lighter. 2. The right oven door seems to get "stuck" during use of the oven but I think it has to do with the expansion of the metal since it is new.

This stove and oven combo started out great until our left oven went out within the first month. We contacted the warrantee company and are still waiting on a repair company to come out and fix it 2 months later. In the meantime, the right oven is having issues staying lit and the griddle top won't heat up within an hour. Not sure if we just got a lemon, but really wanted to like this product. If the company will come out and fix or replace the item, I will edit the review. But until then, it's only worth 2 stars.

Been in use for 8 months and has had no issues. Easy to clean. The ovens are nice and large. This is our go to piece of equipment.

Love this stove. Looks great function well and with the double ovens I have died and gone to heaven. The next one I buy will be bigger.

This is a great multiuse cooking range. It allows you do everything a regular range can plus an additional griddle top essential for breakfast menu items. Great griddle for toasting buns.

the Cooking Performance Group Burner Gas Range with 24" Raised Griddle/Broiler and Two 26 1/2" Standard Ovens is a good purchase. The only issue is the drip tray leaks.

I purchased this range 6 months ago and I have been using it daily. It's really heavy duty and cleans very easily. I would recommend this range.
