It's a great addition to a food truck that beats a tabletop griddle since you get the advantage of having the oven without taking up any other tablespace. It was fairly easy to put together and the shelf is nice for storing items. The only things I don't like about it are 1) the pilot lights are real inconvenient to light. There are 5 lights with the 2 for the burners being real obvious and easy. However, the 2 for the griddle are very hard to see and are really far back, almost in the middle, of the griddle. You need something long to get back there. Pilot light for oven will not stay lit. I have had 3 of the same range since December 2022 and it's just July 2023. Thankfully still under warranty. The warranty department sent a technician out each time and no success on fixing the problem so they sent a new one each time and didn't want the others shipped back. The last one which is number 3, was received 2 weeks ago and already it's out. It's fine that they have replaced them but the problem with that is it's costing me a ton of money to get them installed by a licensed technician each time and being a small restaurant this hurts the business all around. We purchased what we were able to afford just starting out but my advice is to avoid this range by all means. Technician was supposed to be there today but was a no show....guess I will be without a oven the hold weekend!!!

This stove works good. We use the oven to bake bread it is fairly consistent on the heat front to back. The flat top holds heat well. The burners burn consistently around no dead spots. Stainless is quality no rust issues.

The flat top grill runs really hot. You only get the option of high and low. You cannot set to a specific temperature. We returned our first one, and the second ones still runs really hot. Low temperature is at 450 degrees most of the time.The only other thing I dislike is the grease trap is really small.The oven works great. Use it almost every day.

I’m very disappointed with the 6 burners are very low flame and the oven doesn’t work at all really I don’t recommend it to anyone

Do not buy this stove or from webstaurant - paid for a stove while my home based business kitchen was being built and oven did not work now I am being told 30 day warranty and I should have looked at the fine print. they provided a link for me to find a tech to pay to repair awesome. Is anyone else having issues with griddel getting hot quickly ? It’s taking well over 25 minutes to get hot . Is this normal for this griddle?
