This Cooking Performance Group 351170069 temperature probe is a perfect replacement for the one that came on FEC and FGC series convection ovens. This probe is part of a thermostat retrofit kit and can be used to fix a broken one quickly and easily.
It can also be used to replace an old-style temperature probe (white cord). If replacing an old-style probe, you will also need to order a retrofit thermostat, temperature dial sticker, and thermostat mounting bracket.
