This 351170069 retrofit temperature probe is a direct replacement for the part that came standard on your equipment. Sensor and probe parts like this one ensure that your equipment performs to your desired settings, so be sure to replace a broken one promptly. This probe is part of a thermostat retrofit kit and can be used to fix a broken one quickly and easily. It can also be used to replace an old-style temperature probe (white cord). If replacing an old-style probe, you will also need to order a retrofit thermostat, temperature dial sticker, and thermostat mounting bracket.
This part is designed for use with select units in the Cooking Performance Group FEC-100, FEC-200, FECD, FGC-100, FGC-200, and FGC-20 series, as well as MainStreet Equipment CG1, CG2, EC1, and EC2 series units.
