This 351030208 retrofit thermostat is a direct replacement for the part that came standard on your equipment. Temperature control components like this one help your equipment maintain the desired settings and perform to specification, so replace a broken one promptly. It can also be used to replace an old-style thermostat (FAST will be printed on the corner of the green thermostat board). If replacing an old-style thermostat, you will also need to order a retrofit temperature probe, temperature dial sticker, and thermostat mounting bracket.
This part is designed for use with select units in the Cooking Performance Group FEC-100, FEC-200, FGC-100, FGC-200, and FGC-20 series, as well as MainStreet Equipment CG1, CG2, EC1, and EC2 series units.
