Cleveland 24CGP10 LP Details
Easily steam healthy and delicious meals with the Cleveland 24-CGP-10 SteamCraft Power 10 liquid propane convection steamer! With the power of a pressurized boiler and the convenience of two, 5 pan capacity pressureless compartments, this steamer boasts 240,000 BTU to beautifully steam vegetables, seafood, rice, and more in your busy commercial kitchen.
An array of automatic features such as water fill, high temperature shutoff, and a boiler blowdown system make this unit incredibly simple and safe to operate. For maximum performance, the 15 PSI PowerPak boiler can produce up to 180 lb. of steam per hour, and cooking times are reduced through the use of convection steam jets. Plus, coved corners aid in even heat distribution and make cleaning easy!
The Cleveland 24-CGP-10 requires a 1 1/2" diameter drain connection, a 120V electrical connection, and two 3/8" NPT cold water connections.
