We are a school district with hard well water and this Descaling Solvent works well for our heavy duty steamer and dishwasher descaling. It is nice to be able to get manufacturer recommended maintenance items shipped along with everyday items.

This is certainly the stuff you need if you've got a convection steamer. We bought a used one that was loaded with old lyme and just kept flushing it out with this. Now it works well.
