This Cleveland 21CET16 SteamCraft Ultra 5 countertop convection steamer is the ideal solution to all of your steam cooking needs. Energy-efficient and cost-effective, this pressureless electric steamer utilizes advanced technology and innovative features for superior performance. This heavy-duty unit is constructed of solid 14-gauge stainless steel for superior durability with a sleek, smooth exterior for easy cleaning. Its interior cooking chamber is coved to maximize steam circulation and simplify cleaning. Plus, the tops and bottoms are sloped to eliminate excess moisture buildup. This unit can hold up to (5) 2 1/2" deep full size steam pans.
The unit has a 99-minute electro-mechanical timer with an audible signal to indicate cooking time completion, and a separate switch for power "ON/OFF" control. A cold water condenser maintains dry steam, while the fully insulated cooking compartment ensures optimal thermal efficiency. Additionally, the steamer offers an instant steam standby mode, which keeps the generator at a steaming temperature, allowing the unit to begin cooking immediately when needed. Removable stainless steel slide racks are included for easy cleaning and maintenance, and the 4" legs are adjustable for added versatility.
A unique, durable flat bar heating element, a fully insulated rear-mounted steam generator, and patented high-velocity steam jets heat water quickly and circulate a high volume of steam naturally, without using trouble-prone fans. Features like a 5-gallon generator reservoir, an easy-access cleaning port, remote automatic water level controls, and a deliming indicator light make the Cleveland SteamCraft Ultra 5 simple to operate and maintain. The door has a two-piece compartment, a reliable slam / latch door latch mechanism, and a reversible gasket for leak-proof, airtight seal. This unit requires a 440/480V electrical connection for operation.
