This Cleveland 21CET8 SteamCraft Ultra 3 countertop convection steamer is the ideal solution to all of your steam cooking needs. Energy-efficient and cost- effective, this unit utilizes advanced technology and innovative features for superior performance.
The 21CET8 is constructed of solid 14-gauge stainless steel for superior durability with a sleek, smooth exterior for easy cleaning. Its interior cooking chamber is coved to maximize steam circulation and simplify cleaning. Plus, the tops and bottoms are sloped to eliminate excess moisture buildup.
A unique, durable flat bar heating element and patented high-velocity steam jets heat water quickly and circulate a high volume of steam naturally, without using trouble-prone fans.
Features like a 3.5 gallon generator reservoir, an easy-access cleaning port, remote automatic water level controls, and a deliming indicator light make the Cleveland SteamCraft Ultra 3 simple to operate and maintain. The Cleveland 21CET8 can hold up to (3) 2 1/2" deep full size steam pans. The door has a two-piece compartment and a reversible gasket for leak-proof, airtight seal.
