Doesn't heat up. Purchased to heat up small (5") pizza and pretzel sticks and it does not heat up enough.

Great for 16 inch pizzas appetizers and just to warm up a biscuit
For being an electric pizza oven, I was really surprised how good it cooked. Cheese came out super cheesey. Crust was crispy. Toppings were actually cooked to perfection
I just ordered a replacement for this, since my first one died within a year’s time. Need the deep door, and there aren’t many with this feature. I guess I’ll prepare to purchase another in about a year.

Over all not bad for the cost. Does not cook evenly. Back half of the pizza is over done/burnt if you don't rotate it half way through the time. Thermostat needs to be set about 50° below the recommend cooking temp for the product.

At first, I really liked how this oven cooked, BUT; I purchased it in March, got closed for a month because of COVID and have not used it much since we reopened. Now it will not heat up to a temperature that will cook a pizza. I am very disappointed in this product.

Bought the pizza oven for the store but he has to test it out first 22 pizzas later, it was great now he is wanting f one for the house
this countertop pizza/ snack oven is really useful and my kids loved it too and the fact that it has an Adjustable Thermostaic makes it so much easier.
Bought 2 of them in August 2019 by November 2019 one was not heating correctly, and pizzas where not being cooked all the way threw. In December 2019 the 2nd one started doing the same thing. We are small local business that does about 10-15 frozen pizza's a week, if these pizza ovens can not handle that, then they should not be marketed towards businesses.

We have 3 of these pizza oven stacked they work great on the first pizza but if you cook more than one back to back the second pizza takes forever to cook, it seems as though you have to let it cool down completely first before you cook another one, for the money they work ok.
This pizza oven works pretty well, we use it with naan bread for our crust and it does crisp it up...not too much though. It can burn things quickly, but I would recommend.
