Obviously check with your local fire regulatory agency but this did not have to be under a hood for me which was a huge selling point, its easy to load, easy to put together outside of the box and toast evenly. Its great for the price

0 stars. Purchased this for use in a small deli setting. Used for about 1 month. Wires burned up and started to short. I wouldn’t recommend purchase unless you like throwing your money away. I’m just thankful it didn’t catch fire.

We bought these as a quick snack oven for pizzas and grinders...they work perfectly for what we are using them for, heat up quickly and evenly as well, Would recommend these for any food trailer or place for something quick and easy.

We just brought it not too long ago, and now it had stop working. the preheating is going down and down. It cannot even to toast a bread now. Very disappointed, this was the worst one ever have. Beware, save your money!

Sadly my initial unit purchased only lasted about a week before it stopped working. With that being said, the 4 stars is for the customer service. Upon contacting online chat I was helped immediately and made right. They expedited a new unit at no extra charge and I had it in 2 days. The unit was in a damaged box and the unit was dinged up a bit, but it’s doing the job so far???? . The oven works well. Heats up fast. I use it for subs and heat fully cooked chicken.

I have use this oven for over 10 years in my Pub & Grub. Just ordered two new ones because I have a pizza party in two weeks. I have cooks many pizzas and other items with no problems. Great for the money. No Brainer...you have to rotate the food so it doesn't burn in the back. Spend another $ and you may not have to. I have found once oven is heated pizzas ect... get done very fast. I hope the next two ovens do not disappoint me.
We bought this to add flatbread pizzas to our menu. This over is perfect. It heats quickly and at 450 for 8 minutes, we get a very nice crispy crust and a nice soft top. Understand that to get consistent results, we turn it on when the order comes in. By the time we have put all the toppings on, we put the pizza in, set the times for 8 minutes. Perfect every time. Highly recommend for this price range
Works great! Use it for multiple small pizzas and pretzel sticks. I also purchased the smaller model (12TS) and that one is terrible. Spend a little more and grab one of these. Love the glass doo too!
