Obviously check with your local fire regulatory agency but this did not have to be under a hood for me which was a huge selling point, its easy to load, easy to put together outside of the box and toast evenly. Its great for the price

We bought this to add flatbread pizzas to our menu. This over is perfect. It heats quickly and at 450 for 8 minutes, we get a very nice crispy crust and a nice soft top. Understand that to get consistent results, we turn it on when the order comes in. By the time we have put all the toppings on, we put the pizza in, set the times for 8 minutes. Perfect every time. Highly recommend for this price range

0 stars. Purchased this for use in a small deli setting. Used for about 1 month. Wires burned up and started to short. I wouldn’t recommend purchase unless you like throwing your money away. I’m just thankful it didn’t catch fire.

I bought two of these ovens when I first opened my Pub & Grub 5 years ago. They both have worked out great for doing pizzas with a frozen crust. I have gotten a lot of use out of them. I also, used it for other snacks, garlic bread, and deep fried foods, even French fries until I purchased my prefect fry enclosed deep fryer. I since have purchased a third one but the rack on the third one has a lip on the end and makes it hard to slide pizzas off of it. After 5 year I had one of the rack hands break off, so that's why I'm here to try and order just a rack.

Works great! Use it for multiple small pizzas and pretzel sticks. I also purchased the smaller model (12TS) and that one is terrible. Spend a little more and grab one of these. Love the glass doo too!
