This Avantco 177400056 crumb screen for 5 tube Avantco floor fryers provides support for fryer baskets and stops large crumbs from falling into the frypot and creating clogs. The screen collects unwanted crumbs or debris in your oil and prevents it from congregating near your fryer's tube area, stopping burnt food particles from degrading the taste and quality of your oil. This screen is a direct replacement for the one that comes standard with Avantco FF518 and FF100 floor fryers.
