This beater is about 1/4 inch too narrow and too shallow for the MX-20 mixer bowl. I can fit my entire hand between the paddle and bowl. Would have to scrap the bowl several times to cream my butter and sugar. Not a fan.

Works perfectly for mixing thick batter
Like the stainless steel, but it doesn’t really fit all that well, doesn’t quite reach the side at or the bottom well enough. I definitely have to scrape the bowl more with this replacement, but the price is very good. I would not purchase this again.

This is a perfect replacement item! Good to buy as a spare too! A must have for high volume bakeries! Fits easily and stores neatly with the mixer!!
