If you have a chamber-type machine: Buy a chamber-type bag (mesh-less design). The open end of the vacuum bag must be shorter than the seal bar on your machine, and the bag must also fit inside your machine’s chamber.
If you have an external-type machine: You must buy an external-type, or "out of chamber" bag (mesh design). The open end of the vacuum bag must be shorter than the seal bar on your machine.

Product came in mint condition. Packaged extremely well. The VacMaster makes a great product. The only issue I have had was the fact that if you change settings you have to run the system once before the adjustments are made. I have the VP112s as well. The VP320 is worth the extra expense. I love the cooling feature.
In 7 years we have purchased 3 of these machines that we use heavily on a daily basis. Our kitchen vacuum seals our proteins every day for storage and while not using during non-service hours. This practice prolongs the shelf life of perishable and non perishable goods. Fully recommend using this technique and machine on a daily basis. It's not just for sous vide cooking!
I have owned the VP320 for over a year now. No problems, i use it to package 12" pizzas. Its a beast even when it is set to its lowest setting.
I just received our VP320 yesterday, so not a pro yet, but no need. The machine is so simple to use and took about five minutes to have the oil added and start sealing. The controls on the panel are extremely simple and easy to understand and set with very little instruction needed. The great part, I was a bit concerned about the vacuum times, but with this machine, I was able to set it to the minimum spec of 20 seconds to pull a complete vacuum and have excellent results. I believe this was is built to last and will be a long lasting piece of equipment in my operation. I also would like to add a bit here for webstaurantstore.com, what an outstanding job providing the details I needed to make my order. I had read a couple negative reviews and was concerned at first. Now that I have worked with you a bit and received outstanding service, quick delivery and an outstanding delivery experience, not to mention the packaging of my items that made any potential damaging almost impossible. The Ary VacMaster VP320 is a work horse. I have bought this machine for 3 restaurants where I was the chef. They are all still great shape. I changed the oil about every 1-2 months depending on usage. It is a great all-around chamber vac for a small to medium sized operation. There have been times where I pulled over a hundred cycles in a day, so If you have the time, it would work for a larger operation as well.
I was looking for a vacuum sealer for my catering business. After looking at several models, I decided to invest in a chamber style vacuum me sealer since a lot of my product is full of juices, and would not get a good seal with an out of charmer style. When I ordered it, I had it sent to my daytime work so I would have someone around to unload it, and since my billing/business address was different than my shipping address, they would not send it to me without proof that it was a good address and it was not fraudulent order, which I was very impressed by. After talking to the representatives (which were very pleasant), I sent a few pictures away to them, and received a nice e-mail shortly after thanking me for the info, and the shipment was sent thru. I received the shipment 1-week later on standard ground shipping. It came in a nice solid box that was strapped down to a crate. There would be no chance that this thing would have been damaged during shipment. I have not used it a whole lot yet, but so far I have sealed up a couple pounds of hamburger,, water, some clothing, and a crushed a couple cans! I have been using the vacuum sealer for about 2 months and it works great. I use it to vacuum our processed meats along with foam packing and it gives a great appearance to our products.
my husband loves this vacuum. it is such a step up from the food saver it is ridiculous. this does a really good job for preparing food for sous vide cooking.
This machine is a great asset to the kitchen it allows the preservation of food and allows you to cut down on food costs. While the price is high it will make the money back for you.
