What is White Glove service?

Standard common carrier delivery options cover the cost of getting an item to your shipping address but our White Glove delivery service does that and more!

The White Glove agent will call to schedule a Call Before Delivery within a four hour window, which gives you the flexibility to work around your busy schedule and to prepare the space where your item will be placed. Upon delivery, trained professionals will unload your large item from the truck, bring it into the room of choice, unpack the item and remove all packaging debris from the premises.

Please note that White Glove delivery will typically add 5 - 7 business days to your order's transit, and only includes 30 minutes of on-site time. If on-site time beyond 30 minutes is required, you may be responsible for additional fees. While the agents will bring the items into the location of your choice, this service does not include set-up of the items being delivered, such as installation of casters, shelves, or other accessories. Small items will not be unpackaged individually; they will be set in place and debris and packaging material will not be removed.

How do high altitudes affect the vacuum sealing process?
A vacuum sealer’s performance varies with respect to location. At higher altitudes, where air pressure is less dense, vacuum sealers are unable to remove as much air from the sealing process. High-pressure conditions are an important factor in the proper functioning of the sealer’s compressor, and without enough pressure, you may notice a weaker vacuum.
Can this machine be used for retort or mylar packaging?
These vacuum packaging machines are not recommended for use with retort or mylar packaging; instead, we suggest choosing from our wide selection of vacuum packaging bags for best results! Retort and mylar packaging requires special plastic and foil laminated pouches to seal food safely.
How do I determine if a vacuum machine bag will work on my machine?

If you have a chamber-type machine: Buy a chamber-type bag (mesh-less design). The open end of the vacuum bag must be shorter than the seal bar on your machine, and the bag must also fit inside your machine’s chamber.

If you have an external-type machine: You must buy an external-type, or "out of chamber" bag (mesh design). The open end of the vacuum bag must be shorter than the seal bar on your machine.

Can I put mason jars in my vacuum packaging machine?
Yes, if the mason jar fits, you can put it in your machine. However, it is not a substitute for canning.

VacMaster is the professional way to prep, cook, and package! Vacuum packaged products can last 3 to 5 times longer than non-packaged foods. Not only does this reduce food waste and spoilage, but foods will taste fresher, too! There are two main types of vacuum packaging machines- chamber vacuum packaging machines and external strip vacuum packaging machines. Chamber vacuum sealers are ideal for businesses and establishments that are likely to use the machine several times a day. Chamber vacuum sealers have two different types of bags that can be used – standard chamber bags and chamber bags with zippers. The first is a bag that is pre-sealed on 3 sides, while the former comes with a zipper on one end, with the opposite end open for sealing. To use the vacuum sealer, open the chamber and ensure the seal bar is in place. Chose the type of bag you would like to use and add your food, along with any spices or seasonings, to the bag. Place the bag in the vacuum sealer with the open end resting on the sealing bar and close the lid. Push start and wait while the bag is being sealed. When the process is complete, open the chamber and remove your now perfectly vacuum sealed item. Place it in the freezer for long-time storage, and when you are ready to use it, simply cut the bag open and prepare the item as you normally would. External strip vacuum packaging machines are best used in residential or light commercial settings that more likely to use the machine no more than once a day. External strip machines have 3 different types of bags that can be used – all-purpose VacStrip storage bags, full mesh storage bags, which hold the seal a little better than the standard bags, and bag rolls, which allow you to eliminate waste by cutting the bag to the exact size you need. To use the external strip vacuum packaging machine, place your food and any additional spices or seasonings in a vacuum sealing bag of your choice and place the open end of the bag on the seal bar, with the majority of the bag resting on the counter in front of the machine. Press the start button and watch as the air is drawn out of the bag and the bag is sealed shut. The bag can now be frozen or used to cook the item sous vide.

How to Add Oil to a Chamber Seal Vacuum Sealer

This simple tutorial illustrates how to add oil to your chamber vacuum sealer. All you’ll need is a 7/8” socket wrench and oil! Fill the site glass ½ to ¾ of the way full, and just like that, you are done.

How to add oil to your chamber vacuum sealer. Remove the oil fill cap using a 7/8” socket wrench. Add oil into the oil chamber by squeezing the oil tube and gently pouring it into the spout. Fill the sight glass 1/2 to 3/4 of the way full. Do not overfill. Replace the oil fill cap by twisting it back on. Tighten with a 7/8” socket wrench in a clockwise motion.

How to Drain Oil from a Chamber Vacuum Sealer

This simple tutorial illustrates how to drain oil from your chamber vacuum sealer. All you’ll need is a 7/8” socket wrench and a container! Remove the drain plug, and just like that, you are done.

How to drain oil from your chamber vacuum sealer. Important: step 1: prepare oil in the pump. Run the vacuum process a few times. This will warm up the oil, allowing it to drain freely and remove any contaminants. Step 2: Turn off and unplug the machine. Remove the oil drain plug using a 7/8” socket wrench in a counter- clockwise motion. Allow the oil to drain into a safe container. Replace the oil drain plug with a 7/8” socket wrench in a clockwise motion.

ARY VacMaster machines are backed by a 1-year limited repair warranty. Within this period, we will pay freight costs to ship defective units to the manufacturer for repair, and the manufacturer will pay freight costs to return the repaired unit to the customer. Replacement units will only be shipped if the manufacturer cannot repair the defective unit. Note: Return shipping costs for warranty work will not be covered for international addresses.

    great vacuum sealer food machine received needed address operation outstanding

    I just received our VP320 yesterday, so not a pro yet, but no need. The machine is so simple to use and took about five minutes to have the oil added and start sealing. The controls on the panel are extremely simple and easy to understand and set with very little instruction needed. The great part, I was a bit concerned about the vacuum times, but with this machine, I was able to set it to the minimum spec of 20 seconds to pull a complete vacuum and have excellent results. I believe this was is built to last and will be a long lasting piece of equipment in my operation. I also would like to add a bit here for, what an outstanding job providing the details I needed to make my order. I had read a couple negative reviews and was concerned at first. Now that I have worked with you a bit and received outstanding service, quick delivery and an outstanding delivery experience, not to mention the packaging of my items that made any potential damaging almost impossible. I will have no hesitation in the future to utilize your great services and great prices again. Thank you!

    The Ary VacMaster VP320 is a work horse. I have bought this machine for 3 restaurants where I was the chef. They are all still great shape. I changed the oil about every 1-2 months depending on usage. It is a great all-around chamber vac for a small to medium sized operation. There have been times where I pulled over a hundred cycles in a day, so If you have the time, it would work for a larger operation as well.

    I was looking for a vacuum sealer for my catering business. After looking at several models, I decided to invest in a chamber style vacuum me sealer since a lot of my product is full of juices, and would not get a good seal with an out of charmer style. When I ordered it, I had it sent to my daytime work so I would have someone around to unload it, and since my billing/business address was different than my shipping address, they would not send it to me without proof that it was a good address and it was not fraudulent order, which I was very impressed by. After talking to the representatives (which were very pleasant), I sent a few pictures away to them, and received a nice e-mail shortly after thanking me for the info, and the shipment was sent thru. I received the shipment 1-week later on standard ground shipping. It came in a nice solid box that was strapped down to a crate. There would be no chance that this thing would have been damaged during shipment. I have not used it a whole lot yet, but so far I have sealed up a couple pounds of hamburger,, water, some clothing, and a crushed a couple cans! The instruction manual made it very easy to set it up, it took less then 1/2 hour to get it from crate to up and running.

    I have been using the vacuum sealer for about 2 months and it works great. I use it to vacuum our processed meats along with foam packing and it gives a great appearance to our products.

    my husband loves this vacuum. it is such a step up from the food saver it is ridiculous. this does a really good job for preparing food for sous vide cooking.

    This machine is a great asset to the kitchen it allows the preservation of food and allows you to cut down on food costs. While the price is high it will make the money back for you.
