This Assure Parts 2 burner add-on griddle top is the perfect economical addition to any kitchen looking to expand its cooking capabilities without adding new equipment.

The griddle top is designed to sit on top of a gas range, covering 2 burners for ample cooking space. The range burners heat the surface, which then transfers heat to product for cooking. It's great for extending a menu to include new options, from pancakes to burgers, eggs, or grilled cheese.

Designed for Ease

The 7 gauge, type 430 stainless steel grilling surface is adjustable in height, allowing it to tilt down 3/4" or up 1 1/2", and comes with a sturdy, 12 gauge aluminum sheet bar to help with this adjustment, as well as helps easily remove the top for cleaning. Its 12 gauge, type 304 stainless steel frame also adjusts for added convenience.

High Sides

Designed to reduce messes, the 1 1/2" high rear and side edges help contain grease splatter.

How can I properly clean my griddle top?

Before cleaning, always first allow the unit to cool. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. If soap or chemical cleaners are used, be sure they are completely rinsed away with clear water immediately after cleaning. Chemical residue could damage or corrode the surfaces of the unit.

How do I properly heat up my griddle top?

Slowly heat up the griddle plate with the burners on low. Ensure that all burners are on to create even heat distribution.
