1.5 oz. Blanco tequila
5 oz. Top Hat paloma concentrate
0.25 oz. Fresh strained lime juice
1 Splash seltzer water

Mix all ingredients in a glass with ice. Garnish with a fresh lime wheel and hibiscus salt and serve!

Single Serving
1.5 oz. Blanco tequila
5 oz. Top Hat paloma concentrate

5 Liters Blanco tequila
4 Bottles Top Hat paloma concentrate
16 oz. Fresh strained lime juice
32 oz. Water (to be carbonated)

Combine ingredients directly in a 5 gallon keg to create a bulk supply of cocktails. Carbonate water using a charging stone carbonating lid or a commercial force carbonator (see resources and downloads for detailed carbonating instructions). Garnish individual cocktails with a fresh lime wheel and hibiscus salt!
