Wowee! I don't drink strawberry mimosas but I do drink strawberry milk, and this is definitely better than using the cheap stuff of artificial flavor (not that I ever used it for such beverages). I also use this puree for my cakes and to flavor my creams. Fantastic!

I used this as a flavoring for buttercream frosting in place of strawberry extract and food coloring. The flavor is so much better than that of strawberry extract and the consistency is thick enough to not make frosting runny. It can definitely be used for more than drinks!

I used this to flavor buttercream since it is cheaper than buying flavoring compound. It gave it a nice color and the flavor was great and pretty strong, I really didn't have to use much. It is also thick enough that it didn't change the consistency of the icing.

This is the 4th flavor that I have purchased in this line. This particular one helped me to find a new use for it. We do smoothies and shakes, and it actually allows you to draw on the inside of a clear cup and it remains in view, so far we have just done freestyle hearts, and the customers are thrilled.
