Love this product it is great cold or hot. Love the natural spicing which I believe acts as preservative as well & is very health oriented. Spice is not too much or too little. It after opening keeps in any cool place so does not need refrigeration only cool room like root cellar. So very easily stored after opening. It goes well with combination of other juices, enhances regular bottled apple juice, & makes great ice cream topper or combo topper or custom heated desert topping like over apple pie with ice cream or whip cream or over cream brulee, or even pudding etc. So many things can be done with it & it is tasty as it is or tasty altered minority. Hot or cold.

Best price for this product I can find. When I ordered straight from manufacturer, I paid almost double. For cider we use this mix, plus toroni chai spice and hot water. It’s fast and yummy.

I am only reviewing this at a level III because unfortunately I had to use more of the concentrate than I intended to make the flavor taste strong enough. When she use enough the Apple cider flavor is amazing, but I feel like I will go through a lot more product than I wanted to..

Best apple cider ever! Customers absolutely love it. I use a 5:1 ratio instead of the 7:1 the company recommends. It comes with a pump that has handy dandy measurements on the side and a link with some recipes to try. I mix in a half pump of Monin Chai concentrate to give it a little depth of flavor and a dash of cinnamon on top.

Purchased along with the large size as a gift. Wonderful stuff-as a dessert flavoring as well as a beverage. Try apple bread pudding!

This is the most authentic and delicious tasting cider. I am originally from Massachusetts and spent most fo my life in New England. I live i NC now and the reconstituted Apple cider is OK but nothing in comparison to this product. I am a mobile coffee shop and bakery Here is what I like: - NO sugar added and honestly it does not need it - You can bake with it as a concentrate to flavor baked goods - dispense BY the CUP instead of wasting a whole gallon that will expire much sooner. - compact for travel or for a mobile unit limited on storage. - Not necessary to refridgerate while unopened Go ahead and purchase, you won't regret it!

Really good product. The only thing I can say is the amount of pumps or oz use to make is weaker then instructions say to use. .5oz more is needed.

As a mobile business space is always a valuable so this product as well as being delicious is shelf stable and so easy to use. We had caramel syrup and whipped cream and have customers coming back for more.

Made from freshly pressed apples boiled down into a thick syrup and blended with traditional mulling spices, this concentrate delivers a rich, authentic cider flavor with warm cinnamon and spice notes. I mixed 1 oz. with 7 oz. of hot water, as recommended, for a cozy 8 oz. serving that tasted fresh from the orchard—perfect for chilly evenings.

Great natural flavor, not too sweet.

I make most things (including fruit syrups) myself because I do not serve artificial flavors, sweeteners, etc. and only even came across this because I was searching for mulling spices. Man am I glad I did. This stuff is really, really awesome. It's just condensed cider with spices and that's what it tastes like. Because it's highly condensed, you can do fun stuff with it, like one oz squirt into a 16 oz lemonade. Mix it 3:1 with water and you get a perfect spiced cider slush.

LOVE this cider and so do all of my customers. It's so tasty - no one ever believes it's from concentrate.

We've used this cider concentrate for a few years to make hot apple cider per the instructions, and it's probably the best we've found for that use. However, where we've found amazing results is in using it to make shelf-stable apple pie shots. They're just as good as the boil-and-refrigerate recipes, but don't require any of the work to make and store. Our recipe is: 16oz cider concentrate, one 16.9oz bottle of "Real" brand apple puree syrup (available on this site as well), 16oz Jim Beam Vanilla, 16oz Fireball cinnamon whiskey, and 64oz water. Toss a couple cinnamon sticks in the jug and you have about a gallon of shelf-stable apple pie! We keep ours in a glass dispenser on the back bar, and it's become our most popular batched shot in quite awhile. And with the cost of the concentrate, liquor, and other ingredients, we have low cost of product in a shot and we sell them for cheap. That's a great margin on a delicious and simple batched shot.

I don't think i've ever tried this before, but I wanted to. I was originally going to order the bulk pack of a powdered mix but it went out of stock. This has a very different flavor profile from the alpine spice powder packets i'm used to, a strong but not unpleasant spicy orange flavor to it. It might mix well with some boozy concoctions like a rum, whiskey or a mild liqueur base. I still prefer the powder packets over this but this is a welcome addition to my kitchen.

Taste great! We use it to make craft fall cocktails at our restaurant. We have made an apple cider mimosa and an apple cider margarita using an ounce of the concentrate. Will continue to buy

Move over pumpkin spice, it's apple cider season! This cider is one of the best non-coffee beverages we offer in the cafe. It is the perfect amount of flavor, it pairs well with the addition of other syrup flavors, and it's cost-effective. It's definitely a must-have item for us.

This cider concentrate is really easy to use, and it’s great that you can adjust the concentration by adding more or less water. This has been a hit in the break room since you can use hot water from a regular water dispenser to make it.
