This ergonomic unit is constructed to dry and polish up to 3,000 pieces of flatware per hour. Use it on dry or wet cutlery straight out of the dishwasher. Compact and portable in design, this machine fits on most work tables and is perfect for applications that need automated polishing but are low on space.
To use, simply load 8-10 pieces of wet cutlery in the top chute every 5 to 10 seconds. With the combination of a heated ramp and vibration, warmed organic vegetable-based granulates (150-170 degrees Fahrenheit) polish your cutlery. The UV-C sanitation process also works to eliminate bacteria, sterilizing each piece for maximum safety. This cutlery dryer / polisher provides a brilliant streak-free shine for a beautiful tabletop presentation. It requires a 110-120V electrical connection.
