This machine produces 375 lb. of ice per day to keep up with the demands of your restaurant, bar, or institution. It produces hard H2 nugget ice, which offers a hardness rating of 87% as compared to traditional nugget ice with a hardness rating of only 74%. Plus, it displaces more liquid than cubed ice to lower syrup costs per cup in mixed drinks and fountain beverages. This machine uses up to 40% less water and 15% less energy than cube ice machines to lower operating costs.
This ice machine has a space-saving compact footprint, and it is front-breathing for flexible installation. It features a durable stainless steel evaporator and auger, and it has sealed, maintenance-free bearings for a long-lasting performance. This unit has Agion antimicrobial protection molded into its key components to inhibit the growth of harmful pathogens. Its AutoAlert lights clearly indicate when it is time to descale and sanitize.
This energy-efficient model consumes 5 kWh of energy and uses only 12 gallons of water per 100 lb. of ice produced. It features a removable front panel for easy servicing. Its air filter is located on the outside of the front panel, making it easy to remove, clean, and reuse. This ice machine includes a unit-specific QR code that instantly connects users to warranty and service information. It uses R-290 refrigerant and requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
