This cooktop features two 13 1/2" aluminum cooking plates that are triple coated with Whitford QuanTanium® non-stick coating to make cooking crepes, omelets, and tortillas simple and painless. This coating ensures food is removed cleanly without leaving any residue, and the included silicone crepe spatula won't scratch the non-stick surface. It has two embedded heating elements to cook both sides of food simultaneously, reducing the cook time with no need to flip food. Additionally, this unit is designed to rapidly heat up and cool down, minimizing prep and cleanup time.

It has a temperature range of 125 to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. The unit is controlled by an electronic touchpad with a programmable digital countdown timer. The temperature control enables precise and accurate changes to temperature and the ability to view it in both Fahrenheit and Celsius. It also features audible beep indicators to alert when the cooktop has reached the desired temperature and when the food is ready. With the ability to cook up to 60 crepes per hour, this Waring XPress cooktop is sure to optimize and enhance your kitchen's efficiency! This cooktop has a 3' cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug and requires a 120V electrical connection.
