This high-temperature dishwasher is designed to keep your dishroom productive and efficient, able to tackle up to 30 racks per hour while using only 0.84 gallons per rack. It boasts a 14 1/2" door opening to allow easy loading and unloading and comes with plenty of smart design features to help you spend more time helping customers and less time doing the dishes.
The fill guard ensures consistent water pressure for accurate filling and effective rinsing, while the double-wall tank construction provides quiet operation, making it perfect for busy kitchens. The dishwasher features solid-state controls and a bright LCD display, offering reliable performance and clear visibility of temperature, cycle time, and operational status. For added convenience, the auto-clean function rinses the chamber at shutdown, and the built-in booster heater ensures consistent high-temperature washing.
You also never have to worry whether your machine is reaching the proper temperature, as it can extend the cycle time to ensure that it reaches the 180 degrees Fahrenheit final rinse necessary to meet health code standards. It comes ready for a 208/240V setup and must be hardwired. A 3/4" NPT hot water connection is required, and it includes a pumped drain with 6' of 3/4" ID flexible hose that is supplied with the machine.
