Hand-crafted by Argentinian artisans, this Nuke BBQ Delta 40" Argentinian-style gaucho / charcoal grill authentically cooks food to satisfy all your guests! The Delta is easy to use and provides a large grilling area, big enough to cook 25 burgers at once! It contains undercabinet storage for keeping tools safe and clean when not in use. This versatile storage also heats up to a comfortable temperature, making it perfect for use as a warming drawer to keep side dishes or bread warm while cooking. You can easily customize your cooking process with the grate's quick adjustment lever that allows you to bring your food closer or further away from the heat. It can be used with charcoal for hotter and prolonged needs, or with wood for lower temperature grilling. The Delta is the perfect option for catering to your unique cooking needs.

Made of heavy-duty steel, this grill is built to last. It can withstand heavy use and transports so easily that using the heavy-duty casters included, one person can roll the entire grill. The included heavy-duty custom griddle is perfect for cooking vegetables and fits conveniently over the removable firebox for extra, and separate, cooking space.

This grill is intended for outside use and includes a cover that keeps your grill looking pristine against the elements. It is wood and charcoal compatible and the individual pieces can easily be manipulated through using the included poker and cleaned up easily with the included shovel. This grill comes with it all! I ordered the Delta 40-Inch Grill from Nuke BBQ through WebstaurantStore, expecting a premium product from what I assumed was a reputable company. What I got instead was a complete waste of time, money, and patience. After placing the order in early June, I received absolutely no meaningful communication from Nuke BBQ. Weeks passed with no real updates, no tracking information, and no sign of the grill. Multiple follow-ups, both directly and through the vendor, were met with silence or vague non-answers. Eventually, the order was canceled. The whole experience reeked of disorganization and apathy. If you can't fulfill an order, fine, but don’t disappear and leave your customers twisting in the wind for nearly a month. This company either doesn't care about its customers or is in over its head, maybe both. I’ll never attempt to buy from Nuke BBQ again, and I’d strongly urge anyone considering them to look elsewhere. There are plenty of companies that actually value your business.

So we've had this grill for over a year and we have used it for a total of two events. 10 hours for each event (not all cooking all the time, but the grill was very active). Firstly when we received the unit the grill part came bent and they sent us a new part, however the 'mechanism' was also bent so the rising and lowering of the grill has always been 'meh'. After first use the mechanism that holds the door on the front to access the charcoal broke and would no longer stay in the closed position--making it really annoying when working in front of it--and for storage we have to tape it shut with packer tape. Due to the size there are basically no 'standard' grill covers made for this--though maybe Delta makes one--so we store it inside. The instructions specifically state this must be stored outside of rain or it will rust and oxidize. So basically a very pretty, expensive, high maintenance, barely functioning grill--kinda sounds like my first wife.
