I ordered the Delta 40-Inch Grill from Nuke BBQ through WebstaurantStore, expecting a premium product from what I assumed was a reputable company. What I got instead was a complete waste of time, money, and patience. After placing the order in early June, I received absolutely no meaningful communication from Nuke BBQ. Weeks passed with no real updates, no tracking information, and no sign of the grill. Multiple follow-ups, both directly and through the vendor, were met with silence or vague non-answers. Eventually, the order was canceled. The whole experience reeked of disorganization and apathy. If you can't fulfill an order, fine, but don’t disappear and leave your customers twisting in the wind for nearly a month. This company either doesn't care about its customers or is in over its head, maybe both. I’ll never attempt to buy from Nuke BBQ again, and I’d strongly urge anyone considering them to look elsewhere. There are plenty of companies that actually value your business.
