Fully Equipped

For added convenience, this unit provides a left or right mountable propane holder and regulator to keep your propane tank safely off the ground. It also comes with a large removable grease tray to catch excess drips. The included casters ensure hassle-free mobility across cobblestones or pavement.

Griddle Plate Attachment

Thanks to the included griddle plate attachment, you can convert your grill into a flat top grill! This griddle plate allows you to modify your grill top by providing a flat cooking surface to make pancakes, burgers, eggs, and other dishes. It is constructed of durable, 1/2" thick cold rolled steel. Plus, it features a full width grease well for easy cleaning.

Can I use the handles to pick up the grill?

No. The handles are intended for pulling or pushing the grill on its casters. The handles are not designed to support the weight of the grill.

Does this unit require assembly?

Yes, this outdoor equipment requires assembly. For more information, please refer to the manufacturer's product literature.

My business is at a high elevation; does this change anything when I order gas cooking equipment?

Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation. Why do I need to season the grill grates?

Seasoning your grill grate prior to use helps prevent food from sticking and rust from forming. Re-seasoning the grate after each cleaning is recommended.
