We love Monin and carry many of their flavors because the quality and consistency have been great for our drink menu. The strawberry syrup is a very reliable flavor and one of the easiest to use in a lot of different drinks. It has a sweet, familiar strawberry taste that customers tend to recognize and enjoy right away. I like that it blends smoothly, gives good flavor without needing too much, and works well with cream, soda, tea, lemonade, and other fruit flavors. It is also a great base flavor for building more creative specialty drinks. The syrup works well with a pump, mixes consistently, and helps staff make drinks the same way every time. Every single syrup that I have ordered from this company is damaged if and when it arrives to me, this product in particular never arrived to me. I really wish we were able to shop syrups from this website, but unfortunately they don’t have any care about how they package syrups
