1 oz. Monin black sugar syrup
2 tbsp. prepared tapioca boba
3 oz. milk
2 oz. half and half
3 oz. black tea

On the inside of a 16 oz. serving glass, carefully drizzle Monin black sugar syrup. Then, add tapioca boba and fill the glass with ice. Add milk, half and half, and black tea to the glass. Stir the mixture with a straw, before serving.
