0.5 oz. Monin coconut syrup
1 shot espresso
4 oz. half & half
Fill a serving glass half full of ice. Pour the ice from the serving glass into the blender with an 2 additional cups of ice and the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth and pour back into the serving glass. Garnish and serve.
