Provide a sweet, espresso-based drink to your customers with this simple yet delicious recipe!

1 oz. Monin pistachio syrup
2 shots of espresso
5 oz. milk

Fill a 16 oz. serving glass with ice. Pour the ingredients and the ice from the serving glass into a mixing tin. Shake or stir the mixture before pouring it back into the serving glass. If desired, garnish with whipped cream. Serve.
